HOLYOKE — Colton Andrews, 29, has been elected president of the Pioneer Valley Creating Trades Council, one of the region’s most significant development labor teams.

GRANBY — Neighborhood Wellbeing Approach of Rhode Island, a not-for-earnings health plan established to provide Rhode Island’s at-danger populations, has appointed Michelle Sears vice president of finance.
